DETAILS
Designed for live performance, the TRIDENT is packed with extensive I/O options to meet the needs of modern guitarists. It features:
SEND/RETURN effects loop for integrating external pedals
Two balanced XLR outputs for direct connection to PA systems
PHONES output for personal monitoring
EXP. PEDAL input to connect an expression pedal
MASTER VOLUME control
MIDI IN/OUT for external MIDI gear integration
Housed in a solid, one-piece die-cast aluminum chassis, the TRIDENT is rugged and road-ready—engineered for the demands of live performance.
At the heart of the TRIDENT lies our next-generation TSAC-4K Amp Modeling—a sophisticated white-box physical modeling algorithm that’s twice as complex as its predecessor. To harness this power, we developed a dual-DSP hardware architecture: one processor handles all the effects, while the other is dedicated solely to the amp modeling engine. Paired with high-quality A/D and D/A converters and refined analog circuitry, the result is crystal-clear audio with minimal noise.
The TRIDENT comes loaded with 27 amps, each replicating real-world features like HIGH/LOW inputs, patch cable jumping (4 input options), and voicing toggle switches—delivering unparalleled tone customization.
For cabinet simulation, the TRIDENT includes:
27 built-in Cab IRs at 1024-sample resolution
Four mic models, each with three mic positions
Adjustable low cut, high cut, and level controls
Need more tonal flexibility? Expand your sonic toolkit with 32 user slots for third-party IRs. The Trident™ Editor software (PC/Mac) automatically converts IR formats for compatibility.
The TRIDENT’s intuitive interface mirrors the feel of stompboxes—with dedicated knobs, toggle switches, and foot switches for real-time control. The SELECT and PARAM encoders, along with the integrated LCD display, provide detailed visual feedback, including effect block order and status.
In the studio, the TRIDENT doubles as a high-quality USB-C audio interface. Use the Trident Editor™ to manage patches and USB routing, record directly into your DAW, or re-amp your existing tracks to explore new tonal possibilities.
