The Guitar Store must receive payment in full before any items are dispatched.
All Product Prices, Features And Specifications Are Subject To Change Without Notice.
Unless otherwise stated any prices quoted by us, are inclusive of UK tax and duty.
This does not include any taxes or duties when shipping to non EC countries.
Please check with your country's customs office for further details.


Deposits are 20% of the total product value, and last for 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and by leaving a monetary deposit you are entering an agreement to fulfill payment. If payment is not made before the required time we will contact you to arrange immediate payment. If immediate payment is not possible we will release the product to the store for sale once more.


Goods may be returned to us up to 14 days after date of purchase (minus any costs incurred by us for the initial dispatching using our courier) provided that:

1. The goods are returned in the same condition they were sold, including all original packaging materials.
2. The goods are a normal stock item and have not been specially ordered at the customer's request.
3. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is produced.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for goods that may have come into contact with the eyes, nose, ears or mouth, such as microphones, headphones or harmonicas

For goods where no clear manufacturing defect can be found, and the customer simply wishes to return the item due to it being either unfit for purpose or simply because the customer has changed his/her mind, the return postage is at the full responsibility and payment of the customer. Delivery and collections are the customers responsibility and are non refundable. 


Faulty goods, where the fault is due to a manufacturing defect must be returned to us where they will be exchanged or refunded as soon as possible.

For the duration of the warranty any faults due to manufacturer defect will be repaired at no charge to the customer. Persistently faulty goods may be exchanged or refunded at the Manager's discretion. Faults due to misuse are not covered by any warranty.


Returned orders with damage to packaging or removed cellophane etc will have a variable restocking fee.


We offer finance through V12 Finance and Omni Capital Finance for the the Government Sponsored "Take It Away" scheme.

Please note that we cannot always offer Interest Free Finance on certain items such as "Customer Commission Sales" or items that are already subject to a "Sale Price Reduction".  Please contact the shop for clarification prior to completing a Finance Option.


For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is already included in the price stated on the website. If we are shipping outside the UK or European Union, the 20% VAT can be removed. Please contact us for more info.


Data collected by this site is only used to:

1. Take and fulfill customer orders.
2. Administer and enhance the site and service.
3. Name and address information is disclosed to Business Post for delivery purposes only.


We try our hardest to keep our website up to date. Sometimes mistakes may crop up. Errors and omissions excepted.

The Guitar Store does not disclose customers' information to third parties.
