SHIPPING: We ship everything by courier delivery (next working day), which means if you're in mainland UK and order it before 13:00pm) it gets dispatched the same day. This usually means you're likely to see the DHL driver turn up at your door the next day with your new bit of gear!

For our many international customers, our £35 shipping rate on guitars and amps goes by a 2-4 day service to most destinations in mainland Europe. Please note that on expensive equipment that requires insurance for the full value we can quote on an individual basis - call or email for details.

For USA/CANADA and Australasia, please email us first for the best quote for shipping. We have been shipping worldwide for 10 years and have many happy international customers.

We pride ourselves on getting the gear out to you as quickly as possible, and check every item before it leaves the store!

WORKSHOP DETAILS: The Workshop is located in our Acoustic Store at 66 Commercial Road, Southampton. Manned by Jamie, our resident luthier for the past 16 years, we undertake many types of maintenance and repairs of both guitars and amps.

For custom quotes, bring the item into the shop and see Jamie directly! Due to the heavy work load, Jamie offers repairs on a 7-day turnaround, but do give us a call 5 working days later if you want to check if it's done already!
