The GA-MY Bevel features an arm bevel cut on the body top and an arched Myrtlewood back with Myrtlewood sides, delivering a strong fundamental tone with excellent projection and sustain. Myrtlewood offers an ideal mix of Mahogany, Rosewood, and Maple characteristics, providing a clear and bright sound without coloration. Additionally, the GA-MY Bevel is equipped with an LR Baggs pickup and preamp system, ensuring a natural, high-quality sound for live performances.

With dimensions of 117mm(4 5/8") body depth, upper bout width at 292mm(11 1/2") and lower bout width at 405mm(16"), the Grand Regal’s body size is perfectly in between the large Dreadnought and the more intimate Grand Concert. This makes the Grand Regal ideal for both strumming/flatpicking and fingerstyle playing and suits the versatile acoustic player who prefers to have one guitar to cover a variety of sounds and playing styles.

It can be said that Sitka Spruce is the most common and traditional tone wood used for tops on acoustic guitars due to its rigidity and superb strength-to-weight ratio. This characteristic provides very dynamic sensitivity as well as a sound that is rich in harmonic overtones and allows the top to handle powerful strumming as well as delicate fingerpicking.

Oregon Myrtle, also known as California Bay Laurel or Pepperwood, ranges in colour from blonde-yellow to taupe and makes very nice guitars. No two sets look alike, thus each guitar built is an original! Tonally it is similar to Maple, clear and bright with nice projection, but it is much easier to bend than Maple for the arch back design.

Known for its natural sound, the L.R. Baggs system is elegantly simple with only Volume and Tone controls. The guitar’s solid top and back’s acoustic resonance is fully picked up by the preamp and conveyed in a totally transparent manner to an amplifier or the PA system.

A very strong and dense wood, ebony provides a tight and coherent low-end with enhanced mids. The jet-black imparts class and a luxurious look.
