A used SG standard is hard enough to come by as it is, let alone a cherry one.  This  one has seen an amount of love, with some dings and buckle marks, standard signs of use.  It does play really nicely, and has a slightly slimmer neck profile than the recent '08 SG's that have come through recently, as this one feels much more like a '61 SG neck.  The bottom line is that it sounds and plays great still, and comes with the Gibson hard case.

I've always been a bit of a sucker for Worn Brown SGs, and I've been waiting for this one for about 4 months.  At this price, these SGs don't hang around, real USA Gibson tone for Yamaha money.  Comes in the matching Gibson gig bag.

This is a great little collector's piece - a Fender Custom Shop Dakota Red '59 Relic Strat with a matching Custom Shop Relic Pro Junior amp!  A lovely relic job has been performed on both, and the strat has a great weight, with a rich classic Strat tone.  The amp captures all the classic tone that small Fender valve amps are so legendary for, and these are going to look great in some's music room together!

Ohh, what a fine beast this is.  Another Seymour Duncan in the neck, with classic Tele snarl in the bridge.  Light as a feather, extremely limited edition, and it sounds totally Right.  Great balance between the pickup outputs too.  The honeyburst finish is there, nice and subtle, don't believe the photo.  Nice work, Custom Shop.  I know it's somewhat sacrilegious, but I would like to see a heavy relic Tele Deluxe in black at some point too.  If all you guys email them and demand it, we can make my dream a terrifying reality.

We're never happy with the run-of-the-mill down at The Guitar Store towers, so for your viewing pleasure here is another limited relic - this time a '62 start in seafoam green over sunburst.  Look at that relic job!  You have to see the back of it too - it gives a great flame effect with the different layers of paint around the belt buckle marks.  This comment was met with derisive snorts in the shop, with lots of "IT'S NOT A FLAME MAPLE BACK YOU MORON!" and the sound of toys leaving prams at high speed.  When I explained that it looks like ACTUAL FLAMES PRODUCED BY FIRE I think we all felt like we spend too much time with gear.

I must admit that 'Seminale Red' was a new one to me, but it looks cracking none the less.  This is one of the few colours of red that guitars should be made in, in my extremely well-informed and narrow-minded opinion.  Another lovely instrument, these heavy relics really seem to have a big step up in feel over the 'normal' relics, plus you have to worry even less about accidentally bashing it against the chair when you sit down with it.  60's strat mojo in spades, with another fine relicing job from the people who brought you fine relicing jobs.

This '69 Relic is a real rarity, being specifically made for the 2008 Musik Messe show in Frankfurt.  It is a '69 Relic with a very tasteful relic job done to it, with a AA flame maple neck.  The neck and body have been aged beautifully, and the weight of it is outstanding.  Comes of course with a Fender Custom Shop hard case.

I love the look and feel of this Tele, it's INCREDIBLY light and the custom shop pickups are chock full of vintage tele vibe, with incredibly well-defined highs and lows.  Comes with the Fender hard case and all case candy.

For all you Tele fans, here is a real treat: a '51 Relic 'Nocaster', the absolute mecca of vintage Fender tone! This is relic'd beautifully, right down to the rusted bridge screws. How the hell do they do it? Comes with Custom Shop Fender hard case.

The undisputed 'classic' strat, this Custom Shop 1960 Relic Strat is absolutely iconic in 3 tone sunburst, and is a fantastic player.  Comes with the Fender hard case and all case candy.

Another beautiful maple-necked black relic strat, and it's a real beauty.  The last one we had of these lasted about 24 hours before it went.  This is a little different too, an ash body with a 9.5" radius and medium jumbo frets.  I picked this one up at a recent Custom Shop invitational at Abbey Road Studios, and when asked to get up and play a few numbers, the head of the USA Custom Shop himself chose that guitar to play some Freddy King numbers with Greg Cochrane.  Jealous yet?

Oh my, I've fallen in love with this one a bit.  At the above-mentioned Abbey Road studio adventure I also spied this very sexy relic sunburst nocaster, and was blown away at how light it was, and how fantastically it played.  The Nocaster is our biggest seller as it is, and this has got to be one of the best we've ever had.  I'm such a sucker for a sunburst tele it's untrue.  Did I mention that it also comes with an 'Abbey Road 2008' special swing tag?

The long-awaited Eric Johnson Stratocaster guitar arose from Johnson’s express wish to give something back to the collectors, players and fans who’ve supported him throughout his career.

Designed by Johnson himself with his own personal features and preferences, this signature model has a highly contoured two-piece alder body with a very thin nitrocellulous lacquer finish. The one-piece quarter-sawn maple neck has a V-shaped profile, 12” fingerboard radius and 21 polished frets. The staggered vintage-style machine heads eliminate the need for a string tree, and the custom pickups are wound to Johnson’s specs. The legendary Stevie Ray Vaughan collaborated with Fender to produce a signature Stratocaster guitar shortly before his tragic and untimely death in 1990. The resulting Stevie Ray Vaughan Stratocaster features an early ’60s “oval” neck shape, pao ferro fingerboard with jumbo frets, three Fender Texas Special™ single-coil pickups, gold-plated hardware, inverted left-hand vintage tremolo unit and distinctive “SRV” pickguard. A homage to a true master.

This tasty USA Deluxe bears very little sign of use, and has a great mellow tone, with the S-1 switching really sweetening up the pickups.  It's a 2004, so it's got the '50th Anniversary' heel plate that they put on these in that year.  Comes with the original Fender hard case.

Inca Silver? Blizzard Pearl? I'm not sure, it's very silver though, whatever they call the colour. Diamond Mist was another one, what an absurd name that was. ANYWAY, this used Deluxe is another great condition S-1 switch-equipped strat, with it's original hard case, and a very distinctive and pretty unique look to it.
