ZVex Vexter Super Duper 2 in 1 Boost Guitar Pedal

The Z.Vex Vexter Super Duper 2 in 1 has 2 of Z.Vex’s infamous, but rather delightful, Super Hard On pedals in one small box. The Super Duper 2 In 1 also has a Master Volume control that lets you use it as an overdrive/distortion with any output volume. This extremely useful as this pedal is very, very loud!

Channel 1 is a conventional Super Hard-On, it's gain control is on the far right of the opedal and has a yellow LED. This channel gives the classic sparkly sounding high impedance gain that the Super Hard-On is famous for. It has no Master Volume control, but it cascades into Channel 2, which does.

Channel 2 has the same circuitry as Channel 1 with the addition of the Master Volume control which allows you to turn down the output volume even if the gain is set quite high. The know on the left is the gain for Channel 2 and the middle knob is the Master Volume. Channel 2 has a red LED. When both channels are on, of if obly Channel 2 is on, the Master Volume control is active. If you leave the Master wide open, you have two identical Super Hard-On's cascaded.

The Super Duper 2 in 1 gives you a total of four volume levels, ranging from perfectly clean to wildly overdriven. Level 1 is true by-passed on both channels, Level 2 is Channel 1 active, Level 3 is Channes 2 active and Level 4 is both Channels 1 and 2 running.
