Takamine EG269 VGT Gold Top Electro Acoustic Guitar

This beautiful Takamine electro-acoustic model stems from Takamine's FXC series, the Takamine EG269 VGT Electro-Acoustic in Vintage Gold has been made to a very high standard. The body uses a solid Spruce top with Nato wood back and sides, the neck is Mahogany with a Rosewood fret board and inlaid Abalone dots as fret markers...

Takamine's EG269 VGT has a single cut-away on the right hand shoulder of the body to allow access to the upper frets, the guitar is finished in Vintage Gold with an attractive binding that runs around the outer edge of the instrument body. On the upper edge of the instrument sits the Takamine TP4 Active Pre-amp that supplies the guitar with connectivity to an amplified source...

The TP4 has a 3 band graphic EQ plus an on board guitar tuner and rotary level control, the Rosewood bridge has a compensated saddle and utilises 6 white nylon bridge pins for string retention. The machine heads are chrome plated and positioned with 3 at either side of the headstock.
